Nerf Gun 2 Hour Battle Package:
Intense action packed Battle Party with full Nerf & X-Shot Battle Arena Zone setup, inflatable Bunkers, 50+ Nerf & X-Shot shooters, 800+ foam ammo darts, Safety goggles as well as party music.
All Nerf games hosted and run by Nerf Commander Joey from start to finish!
Age Range to Participate In Nerf Party or Event:
Minimum 6+ years to adults. (Due to insurance cover we can only permit 6+ year olds to participate in our hosted Nerf events). As this package includes a bouncy castle, younger siblings under 6 years of age can use the bouncy castle while their older siblings play Nerf.
Nerf Party/Event Party Package Format:
Made up of 2 x 50 minute gaming slots and a 20 minute food break and 10 minute cake cutting, song & photo taking (During break party music will be played and prep for next batch of games & activities). Every Nerf event starts with safety and game rule explanation for all players. We also include several organised games and then team battles during the 2 hours.
Nerf Party Room Size Required:
IMPORTANT!!! Your venue should be at least a minimum size of Width 10m x Length 16m (A room the size of a badminton or even better a basketball court would be ideal). So a large hall or sport hall would be perfect! Nerf is an extreme sport and includes a lot of running, shooting nerf guns, ducking and is physically demanding. To eliminate/avoid collisions we need a good sized hall to accommodate 20-30 players.
Nerf Battle Event Setup:
Setup can take up to 60 minutes depending on distance from van to hall. Please try and pick a hall where we can drive right up to the hall door to unload/load. The hall must be on ground level and not have more then 1-2 steps as the equipment is quite heavy.
Important Information:
As stated, I offer Nerf Gun Parties for children 6+. A Nerf party does include being shot at with Nerf Foam Darts (eye protective glasses are supplied for all players & must be worn at all times). As your Nerf Commander Entertainer host I do run a tight battle field. It's all about having fun, giving the birthday child (and his/her mates) an awesome party, and most of all playing safe. While it's a very rare occurrence, if a child decides to persistently break game rules (given several warnings) or gets physical towards another child or adult (an action that may harm another) then that child will be asked to sit down for a 10 minute time out.

For some locations there is a small added surcharge for the extra fuel and time needed to reach your venue ... when you go to book and enter your postcode any extra fee will be shown.
Booking Fee Required to Confirm all Bookings:
To secure any booking I do require a £50 booking fee to be be paid via this web site using any major credit or debit card. If you want to pay via PAYPAL then there is a £2.25 surcharge to cover their charge on a £50 booking fee.
Booking Fee Refund Policy:
The Booking Fee is non refundable if you cancel your booking with me within 60 days before booked event date. The Booking Fee may be transferred to another booked date & time with me within 6 months of the cancelled date of your original book date at my discretion and availability. The "Booking Fee" is for covering administrative costs and loss of business due to clients cancelation.
